Vets to Volts SkillBridge Program – Training Veterans for Electrical Careers

What is the DOW SkillBridge Program?

The Department of War (DOW) SkillBridge Program allows active-duty service members to participate in civilian training, apprenticeships, or internships during their final 180 days of service. While serving in SkillBridge, participants continue receiving their military pay and benefits — at no cost to the employer.

SkillBridge helps bridge the gap between military service and civilian careers by enabling service members to gain valuable on-the-job experience before separation.
